For notary appointments between the hours of 9:00 p.m and 7:00 a.m: $75

All fees are due and payable per our written agreement.

Payments
Notary service fees, including mobile fees and surcharges must be paid prior to any document being notarized or upon presentation of invoice.

For notary services we only accept Cash and Checks.

Mobile (travel) fees are not subject to Government code. Rates and business hours are subject to change without prior notice.

STANDARD NOTARIZATION FEE: $10.00 per signature notarized, plus travel fees.

TRAVEL FEES: For the purpose of easier quoting, a $35.00 "flat travel fee" has been established for notarizations within Miami-Dade County. For Broward County add $25.00, and for Palm Beach County add $50.00 to our flat travel fee.

AIRPORT NOTARIZATION: For MIAMI INT'L AIRPORT, fees are the same as described above, plus  $10.00/hr. for parking.

EMERGENCY NOTARIZATION: Emergency Notarizations are available.

PROVIDING A WITNESS: $50.00 per witness.

THINGS YOU NEED TO HAVE AND KNOW BEFORE CALLING US: 1) You must have a valid State-issued photo ID, such as a Driver License or Passport. 2) Documents to be notarized must be in your possession. 3) Most documents require the signature of witnesses; scan the documents to check whether or not the signature of witnesses is required. If it is, witnesses must be present at the time of the appointment. If you can't provide witnesses we can provide them for you.
4) Payments are to be made in cash at the time of the signing. 5) If the document or documents have been signed prior to the Notary's arrival, by law we are not allowed to notarize them, and therefore we will be unable to further help you. Remember the whole purpose of the Notary is to legitimize and corroborate through proper identification, that the person signing the document "is in fact" the person in front of the Notary.

WAITING TIME: $25.00/half hr. We will allow a 15 min. grace period, after that time a $25.00/half hr. wait time fee will be added to the total of the Notarization.

PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES  , VIDEOGRAPHY PACKAGES , & SLIDESHOW PACKAGES (ALL EVENTS)PRICES ARE BASED ON 4 HOURS MINIMUM TIME  "ADD-ON" TIME TO EACH SERVICE (EXCLUDING SLIDESHOWS) IS $100/HOUR.
